WOD 10/17

Establish a baseline
For time:
500m row
40 squats
30 situps
20 pushups
10 pull-ups

Then do with a continuous running clock:

1 Pull-up the first minute
2 Pull-ups the second minute
3 Pull-ups the third minute
Continue the pattern until you cannot complete the number of reps. within the minute.
