Find 1-Rep max of Overhead Squat

Then do:
3 Rounds of
AMRAP 3 Mins and 1 min Rest
2 – Overhead Squats (50% of Max)
4 – Burpees
6 – Push Ups

Post 1-Rep Max and Rounds Completed each AMRAP
