WOD 1/30

We are excited to be moving into our new box. Starting Wednesday, February 1st we will begin holding all classes at our new location: 3780 S. 4th Ave, Suite H2.

WOD for today:
Back Squat
3-3-3-3-3 @ 85% – 90%

5 RFT
10 Air Squats
10 Lunges
10 Jumping Lunges
5 Jumping Squats
5 Clapping Push ups
Do all squats and lunges while holding a kettlebell. Men 53 / Women 35.

  1. I can’t read no wonder why it took for ever I did 10 jumping squats. The 1st rd with the 53lb kettlebell was ok the 2nd round pain kicked in and your boy dropped to 35lb. No shame in my game good WOD.

      • Nobody is losing their mind or seeing things! The WOD was posted on the board in the morning with 10 squats instead of 5. Since the morning class did it with 10 we just kept it up. The extra jumping squats will pay off!!
