  1. Great workout this morning in NC. Marty and I pushed it. 115lbs, I completed 6 rds + 3 BC+ 5 PU, Marty completed 5rds + 3 BC.
    See you guys in about a week.

    • I tried but failed. Walking into the box hungry does not help with performance at all, and I do it more often then not. Bear Complex and Barb, I will defeat you one day. One day i tell you.
