    • Barb – No RX weight. Start light and add weight as you go. Do two reps each minute for the first five minutes, then go to singles for the remaining 15 minutes. Build up in weight so you are approaching your max towards the last couple minutes of the 20 minutes…shooting for a new PR near the end.
