  1. Second time I’ve missed muscle up practice. I may need to do a double tomorrow when I get back just to do Wed. & Thursday WODs.

  2. My Fav Muscle ups 🙂 Coach Sean thx for the demo of how to do a jumping Muscle up. With practice and “PATIENCE” I too will be able do this movement. One day see u at 5pm

  3. Bleh. Why do i feel like i just got him by a truck, the truck stopped placed the transmission in reverse and then proceeded to run over me for 15:56?
