This is out of the CrossFit Yuma “chipper” – following the pattern of gymnastic, monostructural, weight.

For Time:

50 Push Ups
50 Double Unders
50 Front Squats (75/45)
50 Box Jumps
800m Run
50 Push Press (75/45)
50 Pull Ups
50 Double Unders
50 Medball Cleans (20/14)

    • OK I want to how long this is taking avg. Joe…I have 2 days a week I can work through any WOD, this is definitely on my list. I have time keep my Yuma benchmarks, and who misses an opportunity to puke. 😉
