  1. So, as many rds as possible in three minutes x 5rds…??? Slightly confused. On the East Coast and want to do this one. Any help would be awesome!!!

  2. This workout is crazy. It seem easy but the weight is heavy enough to make you second guess yourself when you start to fatigue. The burpees are the killer. If you haven’t worked out yet have fun!!!
