  2. Joey can you make a gimp WOD for me tomorrow? I’ve scale back weight but i still think it may be to much for the hip/quad…

    • You are in luck; your hip and quads won’t be needed for the WOD tomorrow…is that even possible?? Well, it shouldn’t be too taxing on them. We’ll take care of you K-dog!
