Deadlift
1-1-1-1 @ 90% – 95%

Complete the following in any order (not for time):
15 – Handstand Push Ups on Rings, Paraletes or strict
30 – Pistols each leg
3 – 60m Sled Pushes

Work on skill and technique through the gymnastic movements.
