Weekly Challenge

Hello CrossFitters! We are excited to offer a new weekly challenge for those that wish to participate. Every Monday we will post a new weekly challenge that you can complete anytime during the week through Saturday. Post your results on the board and see how you do against others. Each week it will be something short and intense that you can complete after or before any of the classes. Prepare yourselves and stand-by for the first challenge to be announced this Monday!
