  1. This is harder than it looks. 20 minutes is a gut check. Trust me pace yourself and try to stay consistent with the DU. The women in the morning class were giving it there all on those tire flips. I think that the morning class might be need to change it’s name to BEAST MODE!! Another great workout from Joey.
