WOD 9/07

Work up to 1 RM Overhead Squat.
Then with 50 % of 1RM:
AMRAP 8
1 – Snatch
2 – Overhead Squats
4 – Burpees

  1. Don’t be fooled by the 8 min time limit. If you challenge yourself with a good weight with the OHS it will get a little froggy. My traps are still on fire right now!! Thanks Joey!
