  1. This WOD was perfect. It’s hard to keep the midline tight on those handstand walks when your breathing hard from the run. My shoulders are supper smoked right now. I don’t think I’ve walked that far on my hands before. Have fun with this one and don’t get discouraged about the HSW!!!
