  1. Bah…sad I missed this one, while I did work out at CrossFit Chula Vista this morning, it just wasn’t like being at home… I ❤ CFY!!!

    • Sir K-Dog…can we please have but a day to recover from the brutality before you suggest we do it again next week? I just face-planted into a pile of paleo chocolate chip cookies as part of my recovery!

  2. Bummed I missed this one! I couldn’t raise my right arm, which is generally needed to pull your parachute, save students, and pack when you’re done! Bummed!!!!
