400m Run
Clean Ladder
Men: 135, 155, 185, 205, 235
Women: 55, 75, 85, 100, 115

With a running clock, run 400m then progress through the ladder to complete each weight one time. If you can not complete the weight, start your next round (400m). Score will be based on number of cleans completed in 16 minutes.
