Deadlifts (225/155)
Handstand Push Ups

Then immediately do:

“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Sit Ups

With a running clock, complete both benchmark workouts for time. There is a 12 minute time cap! Post time or reps completed.
