  1. Hay there!..I seemed to be suffering from an overuse injury in my right shoulder and I was wondering if I can modify today’s WOD to accommodate my shoulder?….I can do pulls ups and anything with back and pushups….but any over head movements cause pain:(….thank you and Happy Tuesday
