Breakfast for dinner? Or any meal for that matter. Enjoy this delicious healthy choice instead of your traditional hashbrowns. Great paired with eggs and/or any grilled meat.

2 Rutabagas
1/2 Onion

Peel and shred the rutabagas with cheese grater (or equivalent). Dice the onion. Heat pan to high heat and sautee in EVOO until tender. Season to taste.

WOD:
5 RFT
30 – Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
20 – Push Ups
10 – Burpees
