For those participating in the Paleo/Zone Challenge we will have personnel on hand to provide your initial screening/assessment and measurements at the following times this week:
Monday @ 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm
Tuesday @ 6:30pm
Wednesday @ 6:30 AM
Thursday @ 6:30pm
We may add some additional times if necessary, but please make an effort to get it done at one of these. If you have not yet signed up for the challenge, please do so as soon as possible so we can get you your packet and lab slip for the blood work (if desired). Don’t miss out on this life changing experience to see what you are really capable of!!

1 – Handstand Push Up (HSPU)
1 – Front Squat (155/105)
2 – HSPU
2 Front Squats
3 – HSPU
